Clean Frame seat tube and remove all burrs and peeling paint. use some light grease on the Thomson Seat Post Collar Clamp bolt and inside seat tube. mount the Thomson Seat Post Collar Clamp with slot inline with seat tube slot if on metal frame tube. mount Thomson Seat Post Collar Clamp with slot opposite side of Frame Tube slot if Carbon Frame.  Thomson Seat Post Collar Clamp bolt should be tightened to 25 in-lb . do not overtighten
